[ZERO TOLERANCE FOR X-RAY, EXPLOITING OR CHEATING]
Hello All.
This is an old thread - as you are aware. However I have brought it back for the sake of the server's economy. Myself and the staff team have grown tired of cheaters, sloppy appeals and players simply not fearing being banned for exploiting the server anymore. As a result - we will no longer be accepting ANY appeals from cheaters/exploiters/X-rayers.
As many of you have witnessed, recently there has been an increasingly large number of bans related to X-Ray/exploits. Previously, given the player provided us with a sincere appeal, we had been forgiving with these bans. However, the staff have approached me, and realised that players seem to continue to cheat. It has been brought to my attention that far too many players believe that if they get caught, they simply require to make a sincere appeal to rejoin our community.
I am here to inform you, that the time for that is over.
Any X-Raying will now result in an unappealable, permanent ban for you and any accounts related to you. (eg: all accounts from the same IP address). Staff members do not ban people for X-Ray unless they are 100% sure it has been used. As you have seen, catching X-Ray is very, very simple. Everything you do is logged, and we will find you. By cheating you might as well not even play on this server because you will be banned permanently once you are discovered, which will be very swift. As many of you have witnessed, from Wanderer to Donor to Centurion - you will be punished the equally. Regardless of where you stand in the community.
What classes as cheating?
- Exploiting a server bug for your own personal gain.
- Logging onto the server with alt accounts to pay yourself.
- Using any type of mod that gives you an advantage - (X-ray, Fly hacks, kill aura ect)
Unsure if what you're doing is cheating? Simply think "Would I do this in front of a staff member?"
From this point onwards:
Everyone is logged, and everyone will be periodically searched. It is only a matter of time before you get caught, should you choose to cheat.
This is a zero tolerance policy regarding X-Ray, exploits and cheating that is being enacted as of now. You have all been warned.
