I have added a FAKE 1.13 patch to the server so you can join with a 1.13 client. The server is NOT 1.13!
If you do join with a 1.13 client, please be aware of the following bugs:
Blocks which connect do not connect properly (fences, doors, stairs etc)
you get kicked for doing /r use /msg instead.
