thank you for appealing your ban.

X-Ray is treated very seriously on WinterCrest, as it is a serious threat to the economy and it is also clearly stated on the server that any use of cheats including x-ray will result in a permanent ban.

However as you have admitted to your mistake and your apology seems to be sincere, I am willing to give you a second chance, but first you must agree to the terms of your unban:

Upon rejoining the server you will:
- Be blocked from mining diamonds and ancient debris for 30 days. (However you will still be able to buy them from player shops)
- Your balance will be reset to $0.
- You have to hand over all your diamonds ,ancient debris, netherite and tools/armor crafted with them to a mod+.

Some other terms also apply:
- You may not ask others to mine blocked ores for you. (You can, however, write down coordinates or set a home to mine them after your block has expired)
- If for any reason you are still able to mine ores that you are blocked from mining, notify staff ASAP.
- If you violate any of these conditions or use xray again, you will be permanently banned from our server.
