Hello Jann3man,

thank you for appealing your ban.

X-Ray is treated very seriously on WinterCrest, as it is a serious threat to the economy and it is also clearly stated on the server that any use of cheats including x-ray will result in a ban. Whether you like resource gathering or not, it is not an excuse to use cheats to gain an advantage over others.

Whether you quit after 2 days or not, you still came to the server with the intention of cheating and gaining an advantage by using xray, which must be punished.

However, I'm willing to give you a second chance under the following conditions:

• You'll be blocked from mining diamonds and ancient debris for 30 days.
• You may not ask others to mine blocked ores for you. (You can, however, write down coordinates or set a home to mine them after your block has expired)
  
• If for any reason you are still able to mine ores that you are blocked from mining, you must notify staff ASAP.
  
• Your balance will be reset to $0.
  
• You have to hand over all your diamonds, ancient debris, netherite and tools/armor crafted with them to a mod+.
  
  

If you violate any of these conditions or use xray again, you will be permanently banned from our server.
